This page explains how to permanently delete the account you created in a VodiSoft mobile game or application, along with all data linked to that account. The steps below apply to every VodiSoft app that offers account creation.
Delete from inside the app
- Open the app you want to delete your account from.
- Go to the Account section. (In some apps this section lives inside Settings.)
- Tap the delete account option.
- Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.
Once confirmed, your account and all data listed below are permanently erased from our servers. This cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot access your account, email us your deletion request:
Please include:
- Which app or game the request is for
- The email address of the Google or Apple account you linked
- Your in-app username or player name, if you know it
Requests are completed within 30 days, and we will confirm once the deletion is done.
What is deleted

| User profile | Username, avatar and your in-app preferences |
| In-app progress | Scores, virtual currency, purchased or unlocked content, achievements |
| Usage history | All session and gameplay records stored against your account |
| Public profile | The username and avatar shown on leaderboards |
| Leaderboard records | Your entries across all leaderboards, including past periods |
Retention
The data above is removed from live systems at the time of your request. Copies remaining in system backups and technical logs are automatically purged within 90 days.
Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your server-side data; follow the steps above instead.
Note: If you open the app again after deleting your account, a brand-new guest profile is created. Deleted progress, virtual currency and unlocked content cannot be restored.
