The customer is on screen before you answer
With a caller ID device or a PBX notification, the customer card pops up as soon as the phone rings: name, address and directions, empty containers they hold, account balance and their last order. “Repeat order” prepares the same order in one click; an unknown number opens a new customer with the number filled in. Missed calls and calls that didn't become orders wait in their own list so none get lost.
Drag-and-drop dispatch board
Pending orders, a lane for every courier and today's deliveries on one board. Drop an order on a courier's lane to send it out — the customer gets an “on its way” SMS. Late orders stand out in red, scheduled deliveries warn you on time, and all of a courier's slips print with one button.
Payment, empties and deposits at the door
Take cash (with change), card, bank transfer or on-account payment at delivery, or split it. Empties collected go back into stock, a deposit is added for new containers and the customer's container balance updates itself. See at any time who holds how many jugs or cylinders and how many are deposited.
Recurring orders and courier end of day
Set up plans for customers who get deliveries on certain weekdays or every N days: the order is created automatically on the morning it is due and the customer gets an SMS reminder the day before. At the end of the day, each courier's deliveries, cash, card and on-account collections, empties collected and commission are on one screen — enter the counted cash and the difference goes to the till.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How long can I use the trial?
There is no time limit. The trial has every feature, limited to 15 orders a day, 50 customers, 50 stock items, 10 sales and 5 messages a day. Your data stays as it is when you activate a licence.
How do I buy a licence?
The "Buy Licence" button in Settings › License sends us your device code. Paste the licence key we send you into the same screen and press Activate.
What do I need for caller ID?
A USB caller ID box or a caller-ID capable modem on your landline is enough. If your PBX or Android phone can call a web address when a call comes in, network notifications work too; test it with "Test Call" in Settings › Caller ID.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. The app and your data run on your computer; the internet is only used for SMS / e-mail, WhatsApp and map links, and update checks.
Can couriers use the app?
Yes. Each team member gets their own login and permissions, with ready-made presets for couriers, counter staff and managers. The courier slip has the address, directions and a map QR code.
How are jug and cylinder deposits tracked?
Each container type has a deposit fee. Empties returned and deposits for new containers are recorded at delivery; the customer card and the Containers screen show who holds how many and how many are deposited.
Which printers are supported?
58 / 80 mm thermal receipt printers work over the network (ESC/POS) or via PDF; label printers and A4 printers via PDF.
What if I change computers?
Restore your backup on the new computer; the licence is bound to the device, so contact us with the new device code to transfer it.
