A complete workflow from intake to pickup
Check a device in within a minute: find the customer by name or phone, pick a registered device or add a new one. As soon as you type the serial number or IMEI you see whether the device has been in before and whether it is under warranty. Fault type, accessories received and physical condition are picked with a tap; the screen lock is recorded as a PIN, password or drawn pattern. The intake form, thermal receipt and device label print automatically.
On the workflow board every status is a column. Drag and drop a card to move the device from diagnosis to repair, testing and ready for pickup. Overdue jobs are flagged in red; technician workload is visible on the dashboard.
Keep customers in the loop
Send a quote with one click and record the customer's approval or refusal. The “your device is ready” SMS goes out automatically; WhatsApp and e-mail are one tap away with ready-made templates. Every message, note, payment and status change is written to the job's timeline.
Parts, cash and accounts in one place
Parts used are deducted from stock, labour and discounts are added, and profit and balance are calculated live. Take cash, card or bank transfer at pickup and charge the remainder to the customer's account. Counter sales, purchase invoices, the till and end-of-day summary live in the same app.
Your data stays with you
ServisPro needs no cloud subscription: data is kept on your own computer and backed up automatically, optionally encrypted. Device passcodes are stored encrypted, visible only to authorised staff and erased on delivery. Every team member works with their own account and permissions.

Frequently asked questions
How long can I use the trial?
There is no time limit. The trial has every feature, limited to 50 jobs, 50 customers, 50 stock items, 10 sales and 5 messages a day. Your data stays as it is when you activate a licence.
How do I buy a licence?
The "Buy Licence" button in Settings › License sends us your device code. Paste the licence key we send you into the same screen and press Activate.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. The app and your data run on your computer; the internet is only used for SMS / e-mail, WhatsApp links and update checks.
Where is my data stored?
On your own computer. The app takes automatic backups, which can be encrypted and copied to a cloud folder or USB drive.
Can several people use it?
Yes. Each team member gets their own login and permissions, with ready-made presets for technicians, front desk and managers.
What do I need to send SMS?
Enter your NetGSM, İleti Merkezi or VatanSMS account in Settings › Messaging. WhatsApp messages need no extra account.
Which printers are supported?
A4 / A5 forms print on any printer. 58 / 80 mm thermal receipt printers work over the network (ESC/POS) or via PDF; label printers via PDF.
What if I change computers?
Restore your backup on the new computer; the licence is bound to the device, so contact us with the new device code to transfer it.
