Scan the microchip, check in within a minute

When a patient walks in, scan its microchip or passport number: the owner and pet come up with the last weight and visit history. For a new pet record name, species, breed filtered by species, sex, neutered, date of birth (age is calculated), colour, temperament and allergies; the same chip can't be opened on a second card. Weight, temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate and body condition, the complaint and belongings are recorded in a few taps. The consent form, visit ticket and patient label print automatically.

Allergy and temperament alerts on every screen

A pet allergic to penicillin or with an aggressive / nervous temperament shows a red alert at check-in, on the patient board, on the visit screen and on the patient label. Chronic conditions and regular medication appear on the card, the forms and the vaccine card.

Checked in, in examination, awaiting approval, awaiting results, in treatment, at external lab, hospitalized and ready for discharge: every stage is a column — just drag the patient. Overdue patients stand out in red and each vet's workload is on the dashboard. Send a treatment quote and record the owner's approval; medicines and vaccines used are deducted from stock and profit and balance update live. Attach lesion, X-ray and ultrasound images; pathology and PCR samples are tracked as external lab work.

Digital vaccine card

Vaccines and parasite products used in a visit are recorded in the vaccine card at discharge, and the next due date follows each product's repeat interval (e.g. rabies 365, spot-on 30 days). Records from an old card or another clinic are added by hand with the batch number. The card prints as a PDF for the owner.

Vaccine, parasite and follow-up reminders

Patients due for a vaccine, an internal / external parasite dose or a follow-up are listed on the Reminders screen, and the message names the pet and the vaccine due. Remind with one click by SMS or WhatsApp, or let them go out automatically when the app starts. Deceased patients and patients currently in the clinic are skipped.

Pet hotel

Check in boarders with a room (standard, suite, isolation) and cage; feeding and medication notes, nightly rate and planned checkout in one record. A cage can't hold two guests and a pet can't be checked in twice. At checkout the fee settles for the nights actually stayed; collect the balance or charge it to the account. Cage labels print with a barcode.

Slips, labels, till and reports

A4 / A5 consent forms, treatment quotes, discharge forms, vaccine cards, 58 / 80 mm thermal tickets, patient and cage labels — design tickets and labels yourself in the Design Studio. Barcode sales of food, litter and accessories, purchase invoices, the till and the end of day. Revenue, profit, species and breeds, top visit reasons and vet commissions, exported to PDF and Excel.

VetPro needs no cloud subscription: data is kept on your own computer and backed up automatically, optionally encrypted. Everyone works with their own account and permissions (vet, front desk and manager presets), and every action is logged.
